Return and Refund Policy for The Earth Store

Welcome to The Earth Store! We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience with us. In case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return and refund policy below to guide you through the process.

General Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

Incorrect Product Delivered: If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
Quality or Manufacturing Defect: If the product you receive has a quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, minor pinholes, slight variation in color tone, shape, or size may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
We do not accept returns based on personal preferences, likes, or dislikes. To avoid any dissatisfaction, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first.

Return Process:

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at care@earthstore.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

Order number
Delivery address
Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us images and videos of the item showing the defect at care@earthstore.in

If you find that the package has been tampered with, please do not accept the item and hand over the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery)
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images/videos sent after 48 hours of the delivery.

Refunds/Replacements:

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after we receive, inspect, and verify the condition of the product.
Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with a replacement against your ordered product, we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund within 7-10 business days. In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in the form of a credit coupon of the same value.
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us only in case of defect, breakage, or wrong item shipped. We will notify you by email/WhatsApp/SMS/phone when your return has been processed.

Bulk Buyers or B2B Customers

Sample Orders:

We understand the importance of making the right choice for your business. Therefore, we offer the option to purchase a single sample of any item before committing to a bulk order. This allows you to evaluate the product’s quality and suitability for your needs.

Return Policy:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom or special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds for bulk orders will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
