Order Processing
At The Earth Store, we strive to fulfill your orders with speed and care. Most orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping Rates
✨ Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Enjoy a seamless checkout and faster processing by paying online.
📦 Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal convenience fee is applied to COD orders based on the cart value. This fee is charged by our logistics partners for handling cash transactions.
⚠️ Important: To ensure order accuracy and security, COD is not available for orders exceeding ₹5,000. For high-value purchases, please use our secure prepaid payment options.
Estimated Shipping Time
For most serviceable pin codes, we aim to deliver your package within 5-7 business days. However, delivery might take longer in case of unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, regional strikes, stocking issues, or remote locations.
Track Your Package: Once dispatched, a unique tracking link will be sent to you via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your order in real-time.
Note: A mandatory unboxing video is required for any claims regarding transit damage or missing items.
