Welcome to The Earth Store! We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our policy below guides you through the return and refund process.

⚠️ MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO:
To claim a refund or replacement for missing items, transit damage, or incorrect products, a clear and unedited unboxing video (starting from the original sealed courier packaging) is mandatory. This helps us ensure a fair resolution for both you and our artisans.

General Returns

Eligibility Criteria:
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if:

Incorrect Product: The item delivered does not match the website description.
Manufacturing Defect: The product has a quality defect or arrived damaged.

The Artisanal Nature of Our Products

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time. Minor pinholes, slight variations in color tone (affected by screen resolutions), shape, or size are hallmarks of the artisanal process and are not regarded as defects.

Non-Returnable Items:

Returns based on personal preference (likes/dislikes). We recommend ordering a sample first.
Gift cards and downloadable software.
Select health and personal care items.

Return Process

If your purchase meets the criteria above, please email care@earthstore.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order Number & Delivery Address.
Reason for return.
The mandatory unboxing video and clear images of the defect.

Note: Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.

Bulk, B2B & Export Orders

Sample Orders: We encourage purchasing a single sample before committing to bulk orders to evaluate quality.
Cancellations: Bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible bulk returns.
International Exports: Due to high logistics costs, international orders are non-returnable. We ensure rigorous QC before dispatch for all global shipments.
