We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be picked up by our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Saturday.
Shipping Rates:
For prepaid orders: We charge no shipping and handling fee. Free shipping is included.
For COD Orders: We charge a nominal ₹50 additional Cash on Delivery fee.
Shipping Time:
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process minor pin holes, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
- If the product you receive has a quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at care@earthstore.in
